The Background
We are partnered with an innovative IGaming client based in Malta. They offer a package that includes private medical insurance, company socials and teambuilding activities and additional flexible benefits.
Due to growth within the business they are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. This is a diverse role that will include arranging travel for various team members including Directors, greeting guests and candidates prior to interview, ordering new supplies and liaising with suppliers, helping arrange company events and summits and additional administrative duties as required.
Please note that this role will be office based 5 days a week and occasional on call requirements may be needed to assist with things like travel.

In order to be a successful Office Administrator you will have…
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Experience working in a fast paced office environment
- Experience arranging travel and liaising with suppliers
- Highly organised and use to working with C suite directors
- Excellent communication and teamworking skills
