The Role

We are looking for an Operations Specialist with strong HR data analysis experience to join a boutique consultancy with a global presence who are specialists in strategic, HR, financial and procurement consulting. Their HRIS team are growing and we are looking for someone to join in a brand new role to play a crucial role in smooth HR business processes and programs such as Engagement Surveys, Performance Management and Talent Programs.

In this role you will Administer and optimise HR engagement and performance management tools including setting up configuration, user accounts and troubleshooting issues. The role will also focus on coordinating programmes and analysing and interpreting HR data to provide insights and reports. Once the data has been analysed you will create reports, visuals and dashboards which support strategic decision making.

The Successful candidate will have…

  • Previous experience in a similar role involving HR data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to create insightful reports and visualization that communicate talent trends, risk and opportunity whilst translating technical information for senior stakeholders
  • Experience administering HR tools for Talent / Performance / Engagement such as Qualtrics, Gallup Q12 or 15Five
  • Tech stack experience including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint and any data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
