Are you an experienced Social Media Manager / Community Manager? Have you got a strong background in maintaining and regulating brand communications with online audiences in order to grow brand awareness and loyalty? A passion for Esports? This role could be your perfect next step...

You'll be working collaboratively with agencies, freelance creators, and the internal marketing team to develop best in class engagement with new and existing consumers, helping to establish and grow each brand within the portfolio.

The Job...

Reporting into the business unit Head of Marketing Operations, you'll be planning, coordinating and delivering Social Media strategies, working closely with each brand community, generating interest and building engagement. Key to your success will be the measurement of your creative efforts, analysing, understanding and acting on insights gained from levels of interaction, researching target audiences and investigating the online activity of competitors.

You'll be responsible for:

- Building an intimate understanding of customers views by using listening tools that monitor feedback and engagement across social and community channels.
- Planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing, thumb stopping, engaging, and quality content across all social platforms.
- Working closely with Content, Marketing and PR, to ensure brand authenticity and consistency across their channels.
- Creating engaging content, including text, images and videos, across various social media platforms.
- Working with freelance content creators and agencies, ensuring deliverables come in to the highest standard, on time and on budget.
- Experimenting, testing and evaluating new content and formats.
- Supporting ambitious growth targets around audience and engagement.
- Developing collaborations and partnerships with relevant event organisers, ambassadors, and influencers.
- Developing launch and go-to-market plans for new accounts and platforms.
- Responding to customers comments and queries in a timely and professional manner across social and community channels.
- Liaising with product development and marketing teams to stay updated regarding a company’s products and services.
- Staying up to date with digital technology trends.
- Providing detailed weekly and monthly reports and insights on their brand's performance and growth.


About You...

Using your experience working with modern marketing techniques, being hands-on, and creating effective social and community strategies that deliver key metrics will be essential. You'll be using your strong communication skills, your ability to manage multiple projects at any given time, your strong organisation skills, and your excellent attention to detail all the time. 
 
Here's some of the key experience you'll need to demonstrate:

- 3-5+ years experience in social media and community management. eSports experience highly desirable.
- Demonstrable experience growing social channels and communities.
- Proven ability to use data to increase content performance.
- Deep understanding of the different content types and formats that work on the different social platforms.
- A passion for understanding what is authentic to the community.
- Experience managing deliverables from freelancers and agencies.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously in a fast paced dynamic environment.
