Thanks to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious, determined, and experienced recruitment consultant, with a track record of building relationships through the provision of a first-rate service.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle. This role requires a blend of relationship management, and recruitment expertise. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery to both clients and candidates.

Requirements

• 4+ year’s experience running a recruitment desk.
• Proven track record of successfully managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience managing and developing a client portfolio, with the ability to garner repeat business.
• Strong understanding of market trends within the industry and the ability to provide consultative advice to clients and candidates.
• A strong customer-centric approach, with a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
